Come join us Sunday evenings in the Fellowship Hall at 5:30 pm for our Pastor led Small Group Study. Moving forward from our "Prayer Empowering Weekend" we begin our study on the Power of Prayer. 
Course Outline: I. Praying With Power: fervency, righteousness, the operation of God, and power II. Six Steps to Effective Praying: God wants you to ask; ask with boldness; ask according to His will; ask in faith; ask with persistence; pray with variety III. Intercession: Different kinds of praying; What is an "Intercessor"? Stages in intercession; interceding with others IV. Spiritual Warfare: Reality, strategy, authority, unity, victory V. Spiritual Armor: Belt of Truth, Breastplate of Righteousness, Shoes of the Gospel of Peace, Shield of Faith, Helmet of Salvation, Sword of the Spirit VI. Praying the Lord's Prayer V. The Value and Power of Fasting All study materials will be provided, coffee and snacks included. We will finish every weekly session with a dedicated time of "Kingdom Praying" in the Sanctuary |
